Payment and Deposit Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. This includes reservation deposits, and advance payments. 
   
   
2. Payment Acknowledgment: By making a deposit or payment, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit/payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
   
   

3. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: You understand that deposits are required to secure reservations and services. In the event of cancellation on your own behalf, the deposit will not be refunded.
   
   

4. Transferability: Deposits and payments are non-transferable to other services, dates, or individuals.
   
   

5. Force Majeure: In the event that services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond the control of Daily Holistics, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations, deposits may be refunded or credited at the discretion of Daily Holistics.
   
   

6. Final Payment: The remaining balance for services rendered is due according to the terms outlined in the agreement between the client and Daily Holistics. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services without refund of any deposits already made.
   
   

By making a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these payment and deposit terms and conditions.
