Reflexology
Time to rebalance, from the ground up.

A deeply restorative treatment for the whole body through the feet.
Foot reflexology is a truly holistic therapy. By applying gentle massage and pressure to specific points on the feet, the entire body is supported into balance — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This treatment is ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation and rejuvenation. It’s particularly beneficial if:
-
You spend long hours on your feet or experience tired, aching legs.
-
You feel tense or overworked, and want to unwind without a full body massage.
-
You prefer to remain fully clothed (only shoes and socks are removed).
-
You’re new to holistic therapies and want a gentle yet effective introduction.
-
You experience restlessness, sleep difficulties, or low energy and need grounding.
-
You simply want to treat yourself to quiet time, stillness, and inner balance.
Each session invites your body to slow down and reset — improving circulation, easing tension, and creating a profound sense of calm from the ground up.
Although the focus is solely on the feet, stimulating these reflexes triggers physiological responses throughout the body. There are over 7,000 nerve endings across both feet, connecting directly with the body’s organs and glands.
Reflexology helps to:
-
Improve circulation and lymphatic flow
-
Ease tension and muscular pain
-
Support the body’s detoxification processes
-
Regulate the endocrine (hormonal) system
-
Soothe the nervous system
-
Promote emotional calm and deep relaxation
This gentle yet powerful treatment encourages the body to rebalance and restore its natural harmony — helping you feel grounded, light, and renewed.Â

🌱A brief history
The feet are a microcosm of the whole body. Each area of the foot corresponds with a particular organ, gland, or body system.
The right foot reflects the right side of the body, and the left foot the left. Organs that appear on both sides, such as the lungs or kidneys, are mirrored on each foot.
This understanding has ancient roots. Illustrations of foot treatments appear in early Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Egyptian texts.
The modern system of reflexology was developed in 1917 by Dr. W.H. Fitzgerald, who observed that pain in the body could be relieved by applying pressure to corresponding zones in the feet or hands — a concept known as Zone Therapy.
Later, Eunice Ingham, an American physiotherapist, expanded on this work, mapping specific reflex points for each organ. This mapping remains the foundation for modern reflexology today.
