Downtime Community Hub
A calm online space to rest, soften, and just 'be'
The Downtime Community Hub is for anyone who longs for a quieter kind of connection — a calm corner of the internet where you don’t have to perform, explain, or keep up.Â
If you...
✔   Enjoy connection but don’t always have the energy to go out and find it.
✔   Feel overwhelmed by social media, noise, and endless notifications.
✔   Want a place to drop the façade of “having it all together.”
✔   Want to rest, reflect, and soften without pressure.
✔   Want to be part of a community, but prefer something that isn’t busy or demanding.
...this is the place for you.
Inside the Hub, you’ll find simple resources, quiet company, and gentle reminders that it’s okay to pause and take time for yourself.

Join The Hub🌿 How it works
The Downtime Community Hub is hosted on Slack — a free app for phone or desktop. Inside, I’ve created a handful of channels (like different rooms in a home) so everything stays tidy and easy to find. Each room offers something a little different, and you can visit the ones that feel right for you.
There’s no pressure to check in constantly, or to join every conversation.
I’ll share free resources and suggestions (short somatic practices, meditations, journaling prompts, and more), which are always optional for you.
You’re welcome to connect with others, or simply read and receive. Quiet presence and “lurking” are completely welcome here!
The Hub is intentionally light. It’s not another to-do, not another busy group chat; just a calm place to drop in when you need it.
Community activities
From time to time, I’ll host optional “personal activity sessions” — where (if we want to!) we can log in at the same time, but spend the time doing our own thing (reading, resting, crafting, baking, writing…). Cameras and mics can stay off. No pressure to chat, just the quiet comfort of co-existing together.
It’s a way to share presence, without the energy drain of socialising. A space to co-regulate, to feel connected, and to remind yourself you don’t have to do it all alone.
