Sophie at Daily Holistics has undertaken specific training in Angelic Reiki, and is attuned to the higher frequencies of the angelic realm. The role of the practitioner is not to “fix” or interpret anything that may be experienced, but to hold a sacred channel through which the angels can work. The Angels know exactly what is required for your highest good — their wisdom transcends time, space, and human understanding.

💫What happens in a session?

During an Angelic Reiki session, you are lovingly supported in a calm, peaceful space while the angelic energies flow exactly where they are most needed.

You’ll simply relax, either seated or lying down, with attuned Selenite and clear quartz crystals in your hands. Sophie opens the connection with the Angels, inviting forward the most perfect angelic beings to assist with your healing at this moment in time. The process is one of trust and surrender; the Angels know far more than we do about what is truly required for your highest good.

As the session unfolds, Sophie may gently work with the energies surrounding you. This may involve light touch or simply holding a spacious, nurturing field with her hands and presence, allowing your energy to self-organise and rebalance in its own way.

Each experience is unique. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or waves of calm; others may see colours, light, or receive intuitive messages. For many, it is simply a deep stillness — a sense of coming home to oneself.
