Hi, I'm Sophie!

I help burnt-out, high-achieving people reconnect with their bodies so they can finally feel like themselves again — rested, clear-headed, and able to enjoy life without constantly running on empty.

My work blends somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.  I focus on working with your body, not against it, so you can release tension, calm overactive stress responses, and build lasting resilience.

I bring professional and personal experience to the table — I’m a qualified yoga teacher, trained in yoga and somatics for healing and recovery, certified in Oxygen Advantage Breathwork for Yoga, Level 3 Person-Centred Counselling, Polyvagal Theory, and Mental Health Awareness in Sport. I’ve also been through burnout myself, so I know what it feels like to keep pushing, keep collapsing, and feeling like nothing works — and how to get back on track in a way that actually lasts.

Before this work, I spent years in the corporate world — capable, driven, and always the one who got things done. I was a high-achiever who pushed through for years because I didn’t know another way. Rest felt uncomfortable. Stillness felt like failure. Slowing down felt unsafe — until burnout forced me to listen.

What I learned changed everything: rest doesn’t mean stopping. It means learning how to work with your body instead of overriding it.

Now, I still have a full and busy life, but I recover more quickly, notice earlier, and respond differently. I’m no longer stuck in the push-crash-repeat cycle.
